Luxury Villa Theoni with endless sea view, close to famous Porto Katsiki!

We love this house; we have stayed here (I think) 4 times? It had been a while but it was wonderful to be back.

Met de familie hebben we in juni een week gebruik gemaakt van deze prachtige villa. Het was precies zoals afgebeeld op de website. Alles was perfect en ook heel schoon. Het zwembad was ook super met een gratis schitterend uitzicht over de zee en als toetje elke avond een mooie zonsondergang. We bevelen deze villa zeker aan mede door het superteam van Lefkada Holidays. Vanaf de boeking tot de vakantie kun je met al je vragen bij hen terecht. Duidelijke en snelle reactie via de mail. Ook via dat team, voor een goede prijs, twee auto’s gehuurd. Kortom het was fantastisch! Dank! Familie Oosterveld/Nederland.

Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub für 10 Tage in der Villa Theoni verbracht. Vom ersten Moment an waren wir verzaubert von der Umgebung und dem einzigartigen Blick auf das ionische Meer! Mehr geht nicht. Dimitris und sein Team sowie das Team von Lefkada Rentals sind perfekte Gastgeber!

This villa lived up to our high expectations and more. The communal areas are really spacious and our party of 6 adults could easily spread out or enjoy quality time together. The infinity pool is as idyllic as it looks in the photos. If you plan to self- cater you should stock up in Lefkas town as otherwise it is a 15 min drive to the nearest bakery or supermarket. The fridge and freezer are both quite spacious.

My stay at the Theoni was beyond all expectations! We are talking about a luxury villa, built with natural materials with one of the most stunning views you ‘ll ever see. The only negative about my stay was that I didn’t have the chance to stay longer!

Villa Theoni is in an ideal location on the stunning west coast of Lefkada. It is in walking distance to the two lovely restaurants in Athani and a short drive to Porto Katsiki. Dimitris was helpful and generous with everything we needed. The Villa was spotlessly clean and beautifully designed - the showers are a treat. And best of all, the sunset views over the ocean from the infinity pool, especially when paired with a glass of Lefkaditiki Gi wine! Huge thank you to Melanie and Eleni and all the Lefkada Rentals team for organising a rib boat trip to Kefalonia and an amazing massage at the villa and for sharing tips and advice and making us so welcome.

We had the most extraordinary stay! The view is what makes this villa particularly special - its exceptional! There is a lovely dining table on a patio with perfect sea views of the sunset each day and we never wanted to leave. We had the same view from the infinity swimming pool and would lounge on the comfy sun beds watching the sunset! The Villa itself is very well appointed and designed, stylish and comfortable. There is an amazing hammock in the living room, perfect for afternoon naps and the air conditioning kept us all cool and happy. The kitchen was clean with cutlery and plates but there could have been a few more knives. The bedrooms were lovely and spacious with very comfortable beds and high quality sheets and pillows. I was very impressed by this as its unusual to find such high quality in rental accommodation. The only downside was in the smaller room with bunk beds, there was no air conditioning or fan so it got very hot for the children. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with recommendations and last minute bookings for excursions. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a private chef, massages and cars delivered to our villa and airport transfers and it was all seamless and perfect. There are a few decent tavernas within walking distance if you dont want to drive - 5-10 minutes walk and the nearest beach was 10 minutes drive and not busy at all - we had sun loungers and lovely lunches in the beachside cafe - Gialos beach. I would avoid Porto Katsiki especially in the afternoon, the crowds were overwhelming. I highly recommend this villa and the whole experience in Lefkada - a truly wonderful holiday!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, lived up to the expectations we had from the stunning photos on the listing. Air conditioning was very welcome, villa was spotless and well equipped. Anna and Dimitris were very helpful hosts in responding to any questions and providing recommendations of local restaurants/amenities.

Amazing week in Anna’s villa. The house is clean. The pool area is the exact definition of holidays. Also the bests beaches are really close (not more than 30min).

We stayed at Villa Theoni during 6 days at the beginning of July – 4 children and 4 adults. Perfect for us! The village Athani was small but there are at least 2 restaurants to choose between if you do not want to cook "at home". The closest supermarket is about 20 minutes away by car (you definitely need a car if you stay here). We really enjoyed our stay which was very relaxing and comfortable – and the infinity pool area was very much appreciated (especially among the kids).

Great villa with wonderful views and spacious areas. The owner of the house was amazing and always available if we had any questions or requests. The house is very relaxing because of its location, but a bit far from the cities. A car is mandatory when living in this house.

Anna has great communication skills, always timely and very warm. Pleasure to work with.

Perfect place, we had an amazing stay here

Our group of 7 people stayed at the villa for a week and we absolutely loved it. The place itself is very clean with lots of common areas and the views were breathtaking. Our host was very helpful with everything, even left us some wine from his winery. We 100% recommend staying at this amazing villa for your holiday!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Theoni. The architecture and design are stunning and the house had everything that we needed for a relaxing holiday. The infinity pool is magical - the sunsets over the sea have to be seen to be believed. Thank you Eleni and Darija and all the Lefkada Rentals team for the warm welcome, hugely helpful communication throughout and for arranging extras for us from the car to a boat trip and for all the recommendations to make our stay perfect. At the villa, Dimitris went above and beyond to ensure we had all we needed and the wine from his vineyard is exceptional! We can’t wait to return.

Ammenities, view, location and service - everything was top-notch. The house is beautiful and very well equiped. The views from the terrace at breakfast or dinner are stunning, and so is the view from the infinity pool. Also location was perfect for us: Athani is a quiet lovely village, perfectly located so that we could explore the incredible beaches on the Western coast of the island. Very good dining options nearby - Lefkatas is a 5 min walk and Taverna Oasis - a must visit - is at 10 min drive. On top of that, Dimitris was a perfect host, always available and helpful. We would really love to come back!

The owner of the house, Dimitris, is a very charming and generous guy. All the admninistration was really easy and convenient. Also his wines of the winery Lefkaditiki are very tasty. From the first moment we felt like home. The infinity pool with his view was unforgetable. We stayed as 7 adults and 3 children and found everything we needed in and arround the house. We arrived by car and motorbikes. Mobility is very important up to the hills like Athani. But Porto Katsiki and Gialos Beach is not far away. The restaurant OASIS nearby was excellent. Lefkada is a very beautiful island and full of opportunities to discover on land and water. The most beaches are stony, so the quality of the water is everywhere great. The greek food is anyway amazing. Instead of Covid 19 we had a really amazing summer holiday. Can't wait to have a holiday like this!!

Fabulous! From the rim-flow pool view to priceless sunsets, the villa is hard to beat. Anna and Dimitri were both attentive and helpful whenever needed. While beaches are a 5-20 min drive away, nothing beats the view from pool and loungers. Our favourite restaurant close to the villa was Bellavista just a 3min drive to Athani village. Last but not least we loved the local wine left for us from Dimitri’s wine farm! Biggest top tip with the villa and Lefkada itself is you NEED a car! Close to impossible to enjoy your stay without one.

Het huis is prachtig, echt een aanrader om te verblijven! Super mooi uitzicht en heerlijk zwembad. Communicatie verloopt goed, er werd zelfs verse vis gebracht voor de bbq. Ontzettend mooie vakantie gehad in deze prachtige villa op deze mooie en rustige plek!
