"Amadryades villas" is a complex of three independent stone-made villas. Villa Ersi is the first villa of the complex and is ideal for romantic or family vacation.
Designed and built with a lot of taste, you will be impressed by the villa’s architecture and traditional style. Stone and lumber are two elements that coexist and create an excellent aesthetic result. The stone floors and visible roof dominate.
Their amphitheatrical location and their excellent positioning ensure a view you will never forget.

The villa can host up to 4 people. It has a comfortable living room with a stone fireplace and an open space fully equipped kitchen. The living room leads to the amazing private pool that offers a splendid sea view to the Ionian Sea. The guests can enjoy relaxing peaceful moments by the pool with their loved ones and appreciate the breathtaking sunsets the Ionian Sea has to offer.

Day or night, the pool is the gathering spot for everyone giving away fun time unforgettable moments.

A spacious bedroom with a king size bed will ensure a comfortable relaxing sleep and the jacuzzi hydromassage bathtub will add a little extra luxury to your stay. Two extra people can sleep in one king-size double sofa bed.

There is also a garden and a playground in the complexes common space. As well as a secure parking area!

The villa is located in the verdant and quiet environment of the traditional Greek village of Chortata on the west coast of Lefkas. Being on the west coast offers you the opportunity to visit all the famous and amazing beaches of Lefkada island, such as porto Katsiki, Egremni, Gialos, Kathisma (7 km away), Milos beach etc.

CANCELLATIONS.

• Cancellation more than 270 days before the arrival date, we keep 10% of the total price of the stay.
• Cancellation between 270 days and 30 days before the arrival date, we keep 30% of the total price of the stay.
• Less than 30 days, we keep 100% of the price of the stay.

Firstly I will mention Kostas a lovely man who met us when we arrived and explained everything to us he was available 24/7 should we needed him just call. He always informed us when the villa was going to be cleaned. The villa was cleaned on a regular basis and each time we were given clean towels and sheets. The villa is the perfect place if you are looking to unwind, relax and forget about the everyday stresses. From the moment we arrived the peacefulness and tranquility of the area was beautiful. We stayed for 2 weeks and there was everything we required. The views were outstanding and to watch the amazing sunsets each evening from the pool was beautiful. There are plenty of areas to sit and relax inside and out. If you are looking for somewhere to eat there is a lovely family run taverna just up the road where the food and hospitality is out of this world. When we return to Lefkada we will be looking to stay here again.

The villa was equipped with everything we needed, and the attention to detail was impressive. The host name Kostas was very welcoming and made sure we had everything for a comfortable stay. Whether lounging by the pool or enjoying a meal outside the pool, every moment was enjoyable. I highly recommend Cosy Villa Ersi for anyone looking for a luxurious and tranquil escape in Lefkada. We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The caretaker Kostas was helpful and the property itself is beautiful. It is located away from the main towns, so is ideal if you have a car and want to relax. My one complaint is that the bed is rather hard.

The view is spectacular. Watching the sun setting in the sea from your own swimming pool on the top of the mountain is priceless. Anna was a very warm host. However, if you are alergic to bees, this might not be for you as they come to drink water e cert evening. Should I ever return to Lefkada, definetly this is the place :)

Nice and relaxing stay Quiet ambiance as it is isolated somewhere in the middle of the island, beautiful view, especially sunset, private pool, barbeque upon request. You feel very private, however owners are available and helpful in case of need. Wellcome wine upon arrival.
