Villa Fyki is a two bedroom villa that can host up to 6 people with comfort, 2 people in each bedroom and 2 extra people in the sofa bed of the living room area.Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower.

It has a spacious and comfortable living room with an open plan fully equipped kitchen and a dining area where you can enjoy a meal with your loved ones. The living room offers a wonderful panoramic view to the pool and sea, due to its large window doors.
From the area of the living room you have an easy access to the pool and outdoor sitting area which will become for sure your favourite spot of the house due to the shade it offers and due to the endless Ionian sea view.

Wonderful accommodation with an amazing view, that you cant get tired of. Villa has everything for a comfortbale stay with family or friends. At home massage by Mrs Irene is a must too! It can be organised once you are on site. Sivota village is tiny but has great restaurants.

The villa is very modern, clean with a beautiful infinity swimming pool overlooking the sea. We felt right at home. The property is also in a very good location close to Sivota Bay. Darija and Anna at Lefkada Rentals were very efficient and promptly replied to any of our questions during the booking process The owner was also very easy to contact during our stay. We most definitely recommend this villa to others. Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer.
