Villa Anatoli - Luxury sea front villa private pool stunning sea view

Can’t get much better. Magnificent views, great rooms, well equipped kitchen, lovely fresh pool. Short walk to a secluded beautiful beach. Worth it.

This is our 2nd visit to Sivota and we felt we could not top our last stay but we were wrong. The lovely Barbara came to the villa and gave us a very in depth chat about places to visit and things to do in the area . This villa is in such a stunning location the views all around are unmatched.. it is very thoughtfully laid out..with lovely shade area , a sunny breakfast area and large table outside for dining overlooking the most gorgeous veiw of Sivota bay..lovely barbecue area which we utilised when not popping down the 10 min journey to the numerous equally delicious tavernas on the marina (can be bit hairyand twisty ) but road has been newly done until the last little hill up into villa with plenty of shady parking . The lovely infinity pool and many places to lie in the sun perfectly postioned. The house is very spacious, spotlessly clean and very well equipped in kitchen and utility room with 2 large fridges and a freezer. We cannot recommend this place enough and the amazing Thalassa team who were always on hand for any help or queries. Angela and friends.... Malmesbury Wiltshire England

We stayed in Villa Anatoli for a week at the end of August. It had everything we needed for a family stay inc hand wash, dishwasher tablets and a few basic condiments. Welcome package was an added bonus. We relaxed by the pool, soaked in the lovely views and recommend to other families. The road to the villa is very bumpy but we managed fine in a normal car if you take it steady. The walk to the private beach is quite steep but my grown up boys went everyday as they love snorkelling. The water is clear and glorious. Barbara was there if we needed anything.

Lovely property. Comfortable and well appointed. Everything you need to cook, do laundry etc. Very self sufficient. A 10 minute drive into Sivota. Every member of the Villas Thalassa team is beautiful - you couldn't find a more helpful, friendly, kind group of people to deal with. Thank you :)

This was a wonderful villa, professionally managed and looked after by Barbara who was on hand if we needed any help. It had everything we needed for a perfect week enjoying all that the area had to offer. 10/10

We stayed in Villa Anatoli as a family of 6 adults & it was perfect. The villa is exactly as described & is beautifully designed for a large family or a group of friends & the views are to die for. We watched the sun rise over the islands & barbecued in the evening while the sun dipped behind the house. The staff, both in the office & at the house, were incredibly helpful & always available to answer any questions or recommend places to visit. We will definitely be back to the beautiful island of Lefkada again one day & hopefully to stay in wonderful Villa Anatoli.

Villa Anatoli is beautiful. Fantastic location overlooking the outskirts of Sivota Bay. The highlight for us was the little hike down to the private beach where we swam and enjoyed the peace and quiet. The road to the villa was an adventure in a cheap hire car but this does mean that you’re well away from the hustle and bustle of tourism. The villa is really spacious, with a well equipped kitchen and the outside space is just fantastic . We don’t normally return to places twice, but we would consider coming back here – it was just lovely.

Everything was perfect in every way. Our lovely host, Tina, took time to tell us about the area, recommend restaurants, and just be fabulous. The house perfect, the pool incredible, and the scramble down to the private beach 🏝️ fun and challenging for the whole family. Fell in love with this place.

A recently upgraded (2023) 4 bedroom villa (that can comfortably sleep 8 people). The villa has been renovated to a high standard, and the team that supports it is excellent. The pool and the outdoor area are a decent size. There is a beach at the end of a very steep 10-15 minute walk from the villa (wear trainers, and do not attempt it unless you're physically fit). Sivota is accessible by foot (25-35 minute walk), but recommend a car/SUV. The views from the villa are marvellous (although, from some directions, they are a little obscured by an electrical cable strung between poles on the road below). We had a fabulous time, and hope to be back.

we had the pleasure and luck to find and enjoy this gem of Villa for our stay in Sivota. we have been greated by our amazing host , Barbara who was exceptional. herself, together with Anna ( whom helped us book the villa) ensures we had everything we needed. the place is truly a gem and very close to sivota place. the experience for the 7 days was outstanding,we felt so relaxed really welcomed. warm and cozy villa, well structured with a lot of outside and inside sitting place. i would recommend this to anyone that wants to truly enjoy quality time with friends and family. for us , it was pure gold. thank you Barbara and Anna for being such amazing hosts:)

La villa est exceptionnelle ! Le cadre aussi est un véritable paradis ! Une villa qui vaut la peine de venir en Grèce, pour être entre amis ou en famille ! On y a passé 1 semaine entre amis pour mixer travail (le wifi est le meilleur de l'ile) et loisirs (l'équipe est au petit soins si on veut des recommandations de lieux, visites,...). Bref que du bonheur, merci !

Excellent séjour à la villa Anatoli. La vue est incroyable depuis la piscine à débordement, rien que pour ça, le séjour vaut le coup ! La terrasse est magnifique, et très grande, c'est un vrai bonheur. Accès à pied à une très belle petite crique "privée". La villa est très belle également, spacieuse, avec 3 chambres et 2 lits supplémentaires en mezzanine. Tout le matériel nécessaire est disponible (lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, four, cafetière, wifi, clim, ...) Le petit port de Sivota est l'un des plus beaux et agréable de l'île. Attention, pour aller de la villa aux restaurants de Sivota, il est nécessaire d'avoir une voiture (partie de chemin en terre, 10 min de trajet), mais ça n'est franchement pas très contraignant. Accueil super par Barbara, qui nous a également donné plein de conseils et aidé à trouver des locations de bateaux. Possibilité également de location de scooter et vélos, à des prix très raisonnables. Check-in et check-out très simples aussi, tout est fait pour que le séjour soit le plus agréable possible. Au top donc !

We loved Villa Anatoli. The pool is like something from a film set and the outdoor space meant that even with 8 of us in the villa, there were shaded corners to relax in for us all. The bedrooms were large and spotless, and we had the best view from a kitchen window ever. Katerina and the team were welcoming and attentive, and although we didn't take up the in house massage or private chef, we were sorely tempted. Highly recommended and I hope we'll be back again for another holiday.

Zusammen mit Freunden haben wir nach unserem Segeltörn eine Woche in diesem wunderwunderschönen Kleinod verbracht..... Mehr (Meer) geht nicht mehr. Die Architektur des Hauses ist perfekt konzipiert und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Der Weg hinunter in die ca.400 m entfernte Badebucht ist gut zu Fuß mit entsprechendem Schuhwerk zu erreichen und verspricht ein herrliches Bade- und Schnorchelerlebnis...herrlich😊. Die letzten beschriebenen 900 m ( dirt road) zur Villa lassen ein James Bond-Feeling aufkommen... Mit einem Fiat Panda hervorragend zu meistern. ❤️-lichen Dank nochmals an Anna, Darija und Mema😘....we will come back next year of sure

Je viens de decouvrir un paradis sur terre. Dans cette deuxieme partie du mois de septembre le climat est juste ideal, la mer est chaude les journees ensoleillees et les nuits commencent un peu à rafraichir. J aime la nature et le calme et ma semaine sur cette colline face à la mer à quelques minutes à pied d'une merveilleuse petite plage m a comblé. La villa est spacieuse et decoree avec gout, la vue mer est juste waouh!!!! Merci Anna et Mema pour votre accueil

We have had the very best holiday in Villa Anatoli. We have visited Lefkada before but stayed on the west coast.I do a huge amount of research for holidays, to get the very best I can for the budget we have. The location of the Villas you have is amazing. The villa has the most magical, stunning views day after day, changing with the weather and light. An easy drive or walk into Sivota itself & we also used the little path to the cove below–which was exquisite. We were often there on our own, great for snorkelling.The villa is beautifully situated – the gardens are mature,it’s private,quiet & has a gorgeous pool.The little welcome pack on arrival & the requested breakfast things were perfect.I also know you were there to help if we needed anything or wanted help booking things.We needed nothing else.It was the perfect holiday.Thank you.A few friends have already asked for details having seen my photographs–I will pass them on. Thank you from us both-we are already thinking about next year.

If you ever come to this place, enjoy the view, the silence, also the cleanliness and the stars at night, the wildlife ( if you are lucky, a Jakal, absolut harmless but very rare and shy, will visit you! Likes cat food or „animal food“ at all) Enjoy!

Our stay in Villa Anatoli was wonderful. The Villa is in the most beautiful location with stunning views across the bay to Kephalonia and Megevisi. The large terrace and infinity swimming pool are a real bonus. The Villa is very well equipped and we had everything we needed for a lovely holiday. Mema and the team looked after us very well and were always on hand to welcome us on arrival and answer any queries during the stay. I could not recommend it more highly.

Very practical and functional house. Beautiful views. Complete privacy. De facto private beautiful beach only 5 minutes away. Great communication and behavior to guests. Solid large swimming pool with non-chemical water. I definitely recommend!

Coming back to Villa After back to Villa Anatoli after 3 years was a great experience again. Can't imagine a better view than the one from the terrace.

Je vous conseille +++ les Villas Thalassa sur l'île de Lefkada. Nous étions à la villa Anatoli : la villa est propre et spacieuse, la piscine est très agréable et la vue est digne des plus belles cartes postales. L'équipe est en plus très serviable et très sympathique, toujours prête à vous rendre service. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.
