Brand New Villa Ionion Theasis Armonia with endless sea view & private pool

Beautiful villa with amazing views and a short drive from the local village and beach. Anna and the team were very helpful giving lots of good recommendations and were very accommodating and friendly.

phenomenal views. pristine condition. lovely village with great tavernas and lots of minimarts. 10 min walk to a near private beach! perfect location for exploring the west coast of the island and lefkada town. would 100% recommend for a relaxing break on a beautiful island in a perfect villa.

A truly wonderful villa set amongst the hills with wonderful sea views! Down the hill is a wonderful private beach to watch the sunset too. Super peaceful and private. We loved our time here and would love to return one day. Thank you

Our stay at, “Ionion Theasis Armonia”, was fantastic! The property is located on the lower slope of the mountain village of Tsoukalades on the northwestern side of the island. Perfectly positioned close to town, but in between Agios Nikitas so you are close, (minutes drive from both). There some fantastic restaurants in Tsoukalades, along with minimarts and bakeries/café so the town has everything you will need to get by. The property itself was spotless, the kitchen is stocked with plenty of utensils, there is a clothes washer, two bathrooms, and a comfortable bed. The WiFi was good, and as we stayed for an extended period of time, we had a cleaner every four days. Our host, Sophia, was incredibly gracious and responsive for anything we needed. The pool overlooking the main town and the Ionian Sea was lovely and the only sound you will hear is the sound of crashing waves in the distance, cicadas and wind through the trees. The drive down to the property through the main village is tight and typically Greek, (narrow and barely large enough), but was also fun to explore each morning as we walked up to the local bakery for our frappe and spanakopita. Overall our experience was perfect and the property will be well worth your money.

We absolutely loved our stay! The villa is the perfect size, and we really enjoyed the privacy of the outdoor pool area. Sophia was fantastic to communicate with, and we could not recommend this place more! This was by far our most memorable vacation of our lives. Thank you so much for sharing this fantastic space.

Fabulous villa with sublime views and pool - Anna was very helpful and always there if I needed anything. The owner Sofia was fantastic and made sure I had everything I wanted. The few days I had in the beautiful, clean fabulously designed villa were so peaceful and calm which is just what I wanted. Would definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay in this very modern, clean and comfortable house. It's very new, everything is in really good condition. The garden and pool are an eye catcher. The view is amazing. We are sorry that we had to leave...
