What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel more than 270 days before your arrival date, we keep 10% of the total price of the stay. Between 270 and 30 days before arrival, we keep 30%. Less than 30 days before arrival, we keep 100%. A few villas have slightly different terms, which are stated on the villa page and confirmed to you before you book.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is after 16:00 and before 23:00. Check-out is by 10:00. If you need different times, ask us. We can often arrange it, depending on whether other guests are arriving or leaving the same day and whether the cleaning team can finish in time, so we confirm it closer to your arrival date.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes, and it varies by villa and by season, from 3 to 7 nights. The minimum that applies to your dates is shown on the villa page as soon as you select your arrival and departure dates.
Are pets allowed in your villas?
It depends on the villa. Some do not accept pets at all. Others may accept them if you ask and we agree it before the reservation is confirmed. Please tell us about your pet when you enquire rather than on arrival, so we can match you to a villa that welcomes them.
How do I pay, and how much is the deposit?
A 30% deposit confirms your booking and the balance is due before or on arrival. You can pay by card through our secure payment page, by Revolut, or by bank transfer. A separate environmental fee of around 105 euro per week also applies, and we always quote it to you before you book.
How do I get to Lefkada, and can you arrange an airport transfer?
Lefkada is joined to mainland Greece by a bridge, so you drive straight onto the island with no ferry. The nearest airport is Preveza Aktion (PVK). We can arrange airport and port transfers, car rental and scooter rental. Tell us your flight details and we will plan your arrival.
Who will meet me when I arrive at the villa?
A Villa Representative meets you at the property, hands over the keys and walks you through the villa so you know how everything works. Before you travel we ask for your flight number and arrival time so the handover is ready when you get there.
What happens if something goes wrong during my stay?
Contact us and we deal with it. Because we are based on Lefkada, our representative can visit the villa in person and coordinate directly with the pool technician, maintenance or housekeeping. Being local is the difference between a problem being reported and a problem being fixed.
Can you help me choose the right villa?
Yes. Tell us how many of you are travelling, your dates, and what matters most, whether that is a sea view, a private pool, walking distance to a beach or a family-friendly layout. We know each property personally and will point you to the ones that genuinely fit.
Is Lefkada Holiday Rentals a local company?
Yes. We are a local team based on Lefkada, operating under Greek tourism licence 0831E60000093201. We know the villages, beaches, tavernas and every villa we represent first-hand, which is what lets us give advice that is specific rather than generic.
What can you help with besides the accommodation?
We arrange and recommend airport and port transfers, car and scooter rental, boat trips and yacht charters, sailing, private chefs, massage and yoga, tours and grocery delivery. We also share recommendations on beaches, restaurants, villages and day trips around the island.
