Costa Emmelia Luxury Villa with panoramic sea view and infinity pool!

Great house with beautiful views. We didn't miss anything

What an amazing place! The views are breathtaking. The infinity pool was a great place to swim or just stare at the view. The villa itself was perfect - we were 7. All rooms comfortable and the villa had everything you could possibly need including a very generous fridge full of food and welcoming beers. Fotini met us there and we were able to check in early and check out late which was great. Thank you for everything- Lefkada and the villa were simply perfect!

We had a great experience. The house is exactly like in the pictures. The location and view is amazing. The arrival was good as well and the communication with Anna too. We loved that the fridge was filled with food and all the cleaning and washing products there to use, as well as things for the beach. Very recommendable.

We had the best time in Costa Emmelia! Everything in the villa was of extremely high standard and to a great finish, it felt extremely clean and modern! We loved the bbq and spent a lot of time in the pool - the views were amazing. The villa is situated up a hill and therefore cars are a necessity and also great way to explore the beautiful island of Lefkada.

Amazing house with fantastic view of Lefkada. Pool was the highlight as was the fantastic communication and support from Fotini. There were 6 of us and we all loved our time in this spectacular house.

Excellent villa. Views were superb. The villa was very clean, well equipped with everything you might need. The process of checking in and out was as easy as it could be. Would recommend for groups and families.

Very friendly owner. Check in & Check out was nice, easy and very friendly. The house is in an excellent technical state, clean and comfortable. Pool was great and clean. The view is a highlight. Good place with sun, blue sky, best view and silence. Good place to relax

We just loved everything!

Our 1 week stay was heaven from start to finish. Our host met us on arrival to show us around the villa. She was aware we had a baby in our party and prepared a cot, high chair (both requested) but in addition to this provided toys and even baby wipes. The fridge on arrival was also stocked with essentials for our first night (beer, wine, water, juices, yoghurts, fruit, vegetables,cheese, bread etc). The house had everything we needed and was immaculate when we arrived. Outside of the beautiful house, the views were quite simply breathtaking with many an evening spent with a glass of wine taking in the stunning surroundings. The local town (Nikiana) also has everything you need with three supermarkets and also some great beach restaurants (Breath of Zorba was our favourite). If you want to venture out in the evening, taxis are very easy to get despite the rural location up in the hills. We would certainly stay at Costa Emmelia again.

Our stay at Costa Emmelia was amazing! The view is unparalleled, the hostess exceptional in her warmth, welcome and concern that we had the best possible stay in an incredibly beautiful laid back island! The villa had everything you could wish for and more. It was quiet but a stone’s throw from some excellent restaurants and beaches. Everyone was so welcoming and yet very mindful of the requirements for social distancing and sanitising during the pandemic when we were staying. They still managed an exceptional welcome and wonderful week! Highly recommend a stay anytime at Costa Emmilia. Five stars from us! Thanks for a fabulous week!

Fotini's house exceeded the expectations that were already very high after seeing the photos. Her house is simply amazing. From the view to the pool and the interior everything is as it should be. We had a great time and will definitely be back !

Moment d'exception. La villa est moderne, très confortable et bénéficie d'une vue magnifique sur la mer et les montagnes. Nous avons rarement quitté celle-ci tant nous y étions bien :) Quantité de super restos and supérettes au village de Nikiana à 3 minutes en voiture. Fotini et Vangelis sont des hôtes extraordinaires et nous avons profité de chaque instant de notre trop court séjour!! Merci mille fois pour avoir créé un tel havre de bonheur et nous avoir tant gâtés!!

Lovely house, very thought through . Amazing seaview from the house. Sunrise every morning unreal. The owner exceed our expectations with hospitality and care . Defiantly highly recommend .

· הוילה מושלמת!! נהננו מאוד לשהות בבית היא מעוצבת ומאובזרת בהכל, כשהגענו המקרר היה מלא בכל טוב והמארחים דאגו לשלומנו בכל מהלך החופשה הרגיש לנו שאנו מתארחים בבית של חברים. הבית היה נקי מאוד והיה שפע של מגבות ומצעים להחלפה, הבריכה נקיה ומפנקת והיא צופה אל הים. היתה לנו חופשה חלומית ורגועה והרבה בזכות הוילה.

La casa è semplicemente stupenda! Curata in ogni minimo dettaglio e con una vista mozzafiato. Un ringraziamento speciale ai gentilissimi e super ospitali hosts. Non potevamo desiderare di meglio!!!

Amazing hosts,they explain in detail all the house areas,they suggest great places to visit or eat and they even bring you desserts!The house is exceptional with breathtaking views.The fridge and storage room were stocked with food,cleaning items,water and more. Bathrooms were spotless and with amenities starting from towels and ending to shampoo and conditioner.It was like walking into a friends house who made sure nothing was missing to make my stay unforgettable.Pool is super clean.There are plenty of towels.Beds are extra comfy and there is air conditioner throughout the property.It’s close by Nikiana village and super markets,bakery,cafes and restaurants and the sea.If you are a group of friends or friends with children this is the place to book!I have travelled all around Greece and other countries and this is absolutely the best house I have ever stayed in.The Interior design is modern and spatial and the kitchen is fully equipped even with nespresso machine.WIFi is available throughout the property.
