Within the scenic bay of Sivota Village, engulfed in native greenery and, of course, blossoming olive trees, nests the Elanthy villa. Following the traditional architecture of Lefkada Island, it was established just a few months back.

Constructed atop the hill’s slope, facing the harbour’s entrance, it looks over the bay where ships of all shapes and sizes come and go, skimming the surface of the ocean blue as they cruise.

The villa has immediate access to the village, as well as a private pathway leading directly to the sea. This trail stretches beneath an archway of trees which provide shade on those hot summer months. At the end, a specially structured platform which allows you to dive into the calming waters and let your troubles drift away.

Elanthy is a two-storey building fit for 4-5 people. On the bottom floor there’s the living room installed with a fireplace,a wc, the kitchen, fully equipped with every utility you might need, the dining room, and, finally, a lounge area where you can kick back and marvel at the view before you through the large glass window.

On the second floor you’ll find the two bedrooms with double beds and their very own ensuite. A large balcony furnished with soft sofas is certain to cater to your desire for relaxation, as you rejoice over a glass of wine and the sounds of waves crashing on the shore below.

Perhaps the resort’s strongest quality is its terrace. The outdoors barbeque pergola will be looking forward to serving as your host while you build unforgettable memories along with your family or friends.

Just a level below, is where the private pool is located along with sunbeds and bean bags, a perfect setting for unwinding. Savour your time in the water and take in the landscape around you as the unique dusk of the Ionian cast its golden hue on the horizon.

***Starting from January 2024 the Greek government has implemented a climate tax of 15 Euro per night .This tax is payable on arrival in cash and a receipt will be issued for you within your stay.***

1. BOOKING DEPOSIT & PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE
A deposit of 30% of the total holiday rental cost must be paid by you in order to secure the reservation. No obligation from the property owner or us will exist until we have received this amount in full. The balance must be paid at least six (6) weeks before your arrival. If the amount is not received by us on the agreed time frame, we are entitled to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

2. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES
It you wish to cancel your booking, then we shall be entitled to the following percentage of the holiday cost:
• Cancellation more than 60 days before the arrival date, we keep 3% of the total price of the stay.
• Cancellation between 60 days and 42 days before the arrival date, we keep 30% of the total price of the stay.
• Less than 42 days, we keep 100% of the price of the stay.
• The required cost has not been deposited, we have the right to cancel your booking.

3. CANCELLATION OR ALTERATIONS BY US
In the rare occurrence that we might need to make any alterations to already confirmed arrangements -there is a possibility it might happen- we will make sure you are notified at the earliest date possible. If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to provide you with the property you have booked, we reserve the right to transfer you to a similar or better property. However, if this is not possible or you do not wish to be transferred, we will cancel the booking and refund in full the amount paid to us for the property. Nonetheless, we will not be responsible for any other cancellation charges for travel arrangements for you and/or your party.

4.TAXES AND FEES
**Starting from January 2024 the Greek government has implemented a new climate tax of 15€ per night. This tax is payable on arrival in cash and a receipt will be issued to you within your stay. **
This tax IS NOT included in the daily/weekly rate of the villa.
