Private secluded villa with very big swimming pool & outdoor space

Ein optimales Domizil für Reisende mit Hund , eingezäunter und großer Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut , der Vermieter sehr bemüht . Wir kommen wieder Die Insel hat sehr viel zu bieten und es gibt viele Strände die Hunde erlauben .

+Gute und einfache Kommunikation +sehr gepflegte Außenanlage +Hervorragender Gastgeber +faires Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis +Gute Ausgangslage für sämtliche Ausflüge rund um die Insel -Viele Hunde rund um das Grundstück, die leider zu allen Tag- und Nachtzeiten lautstark aktiv waren. Der Gastgeber weiß Bescheid und ist bereits mit den Nachbarn in Kontakt.

What a gorgeous villa! It's incredibly spacious and immaculately clean. The pool is gorgeous and there's loads of areas to relax. It's about a 25 minute walk to Nidri where you'll find lovely restaurants and bars. The villa is set in between beautiful mountains where you really feel immersed in nature. Would highly recommend.

The villa was unusually clean and in an excellent location, in a quiet place with complete privacy. The staff was super kind and super attentive to needs. I will definitely go back there!

We visited this Villa for 5 nights during our island hopping tour with our family (8 adults & 1 baby) and it was absolutely amazing. The villa is even more beautiful in real life than on the pictures and the host Theo was really great. We enjoyed our time in Villa Niriides and we will definitely come back if we visit Lefkada again.

We rent the house for a week and it was a very nice house We stayed there with 10 people, I think it is better for 9 persons ( now one has to sleep on the bank in de livingroom) Nice swimmingpool, nice garden, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a vide with 3 beds The owner arranged a bbq ( very nice) and is a very nice person with good information about the island Lefkada We had a great vacation!!!

Die Villa ist ein Traum. Ungestörte Privatsphäre war unser größtes Kriterium auf der Suche nach einer geeigneten Unterkunft. Die Villa hat dies absolut übertroffen. Versteckt zwischen Olivenbaum Plantagen kann man die absolute Ruhe und Privatsphäre genießen und trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto in nur 3-4 Minuten in der nächsten Ortschaft die ausreichend Restaurants Geschäfte Apotheken etc. bietet. Die Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet was man nur benötigen könnte und die Gastgeber sind steht’s bemüht den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer zu machen. Wir planen schon fürs nächste Jahr in der Villa.

Anna and Theodosis were very responsive, friendly and in general excellent guests. They provided us with a lot of information about the island and some spots that are known by mostly locals. The villa is placed close enough to the center of Nidri, very close the island's waterfall that you can walk from the villa but still remotely enough for you to relax. The pool is big, there's a lot of grass for children to play around and the wifi is stable and has good coverage in case you need it. I've even worked for a couple of days from there with no internet issues whatsoever. I have no doubts that you'll enjoy it.

Highly recommend! This place is amazing, very clean, has everything you need, the hosts are very supportive - they answered all my questions.

The best host in the world, Theodosis, who was really interested about cultural exchange... the villa is spacious (it can host up to 11 people), cean. The swimming pool, the lounge area, the barbecue and the green open spaces create a cosy atmosphere.

The first review I write ... I'm sorry that my English is not enough to express my feelings at Villa Niriides ... just words of praise for the way I was received by Theodosis. And the location and facilities of the villa: EXCELLENT!!! A perfect swimming pool, a welcoming courtyard and the superb facilities of the villa. All those things that made us gladly return from the beautiful beaches of Lefkada. An unexpected "pandemic" stay! We will definitely spend our next stay in Lefkada at Villa Niriides. We had a great time at niriides. It is an adventure to find it, but the seclusion was great because the kids could make noise in the pool and not bother anyone. The hosts were welcoming, and helpful. Overall we had a very good stay.

Είναι μια εξαιρετική επιλογή και ένα πολυ προσεγμένο σπίτι που μας κράτησε όλους ευχαριστημένους. Τα δωμάτια με τα μπάνια τους καθαρά και όλα πολυ όμορφα. Τα παιδιά ευχαριστηθηκαν παιχνίδι αλλά και οι μεγάλοι το ίδιο. Επαφή με τη φύση κ κοντά σε εξαιρετικό μονοπάτι που καταλήγει σε καταρράκτες. Η κουζίνα είχε τα πάντα και έτσι τρώγαμε κάθε μέρα μέσα. Ο Θεοδοσης ήταν παρά πολυ πρόθυμος να μας προσφέρει οτιδήποτε ζητήσαμε και ήταν παράλληλα διαθέσιμος αλλά και διακριτικός. 10 λεπτά απ το Νυδρί, 20 λεπτά απο την πόλη της Λευκάδας και έτσι κάναμε και τις βόλτες μας. Ήρθε και καθαρίστρια στις 3 μέρες που ήταν πολυ καλή, γρήγορη και διακριτική. Περάσαμε τέλεια και το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

Amazing villa with all the facilities and very nice host.

This was our 2nd stay at villa niriides and it was just as good as the first time. Maria and Anna have been really helpfull in making our stay as comfortable as possible. This villa is situated 5 mins drive from Nidri which has a choice of resteraunts ,shops , bars and the harbour with a choise of boats and ferries. The villa is private with no close neighbours with all the facilities that you need. We will be back. Thank you once again for a wonderful stay best regards Pamela and family from Norway😄

The best villa we have stayed in over a period of 20 years of villa holidays. The most attractive feature is the large swimming pool, always immaculately clean and because of its position always in the sunlight. The villa is not overlooked and stands on a large plot. Overall a 10 out of 10 for position, cleanliness, facilities and value for money.

What to say about Theodosis ... what a great host. He was available 24/7 to help us with everything that we needed. Definitely the best host I have ever dealt with. Villa owner was really helpful and forthcoming. Location was great, as we want to be isolated and enjoy in pure nature. Villa offers lots of activities and you will never catch your self bored. Super comfortable beds will make you recover faster from activities and adventures you can find on Lefkada.

Family Villa Lovely villa situated at 2km from beautiful and busy Nydri. Lovely pool and garden surrounded by mountains. Quiet area 1km from waterfall. Goats as immediate neighbors. Everything is at a cycling distance. Warm welcome from owners' cousin. We appreciated the mid week cleaning as well. A very relaxing week.

Another fabulous week in this beautiful villa. Well equipped and comfortable. Amazing pool. Fantastic barbecue. We especially loved our delivery of homemade moussaka from the owner. Helpful contact when a baby with us contracted chicken pox: we saw a doctor the same morning. Highly recommended.

From start to finish this villa was wonderful. Our flight in was late and delayed but yet the owner was there at the villa awaiting our arrival to show us around and greet us. Travelling with tired children under 7, as requested there was a grocery pack all already awaiting for us which was much appreciated thank you. The following morning we woke up to amazing views of the mountains, around the property olive trees and goats which the children loved and occasionally a rabbit. I felt we we're in the authentic side of Greece. The pictures given do not give it justice a lot more spacious than we thought. The pool was amazing and the children had plenty to occupy them with,a small slide which they used in the pool and in the garden area swings and a large slide. The nearest restaurant was a 15-20 walk and was able to easily get there using a double pram on a gravelled road but no problems we are here most nights. As a family of 5 we didn't feel we need the use of a car as we enjoyed walking and knew we could walk the distance into nidri. This walk took about 30-35 min with 3 children and a pram but was no problem for us or my 7 year old and worth the trip the beach was amazing and the views were incredible. When we needed groceries one of us would bike down with bikes provided at the villa and the shop would deliver to us if it was quite a bit and not able to bike back free of charge. We stayed for 10 nights and wished we booked 14,there were enough channels to watch in the evening, the villa was so clean and tidy we had 2 changes of sheets and towels on our stay and nothing was too much bother when asked. We will definitely return to lefkas until then we will have fond memories to keep. Thank you 😊

PERFECT FAMILY VILLA Very impressive pool, prefect for families. Theres plenty of room with three spacious double rooms, each with a bathroom and an extra two beds upstairs. Location is private but not too remote. A taverna and bar is only a few minutes walk away. We had one of the best holidays ever here.

Came to a family wedding in September 2017 and stayed in villa niriides. Arrived at 23.00 hours and the owner theodonis was there to meet us. The villa looked beautiful at night with the pool lit up. When we got up the next morning and went outside all I can say is wow, the scenery was amazing and the garden was huge. The villa was very spacious and clean. Theodonis was very helpfull , we only saw him a couple of times because everything was perfect so didn’t need to call him. The day we left to fly home he came to say goodbye and brought us all gifts to remember our time in Nidri. I will return to villa niriides when we next have a group holiday.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Villa Niriides. Communication was excellent; very helpful organising car hire. The villa itself was very clean and well-equipped. The pool is fantastic and location beautiful. One improvement might be a visitors' book with information on how to walk to the waterfall, restaurant reviews etc. Highly recommended. Great Villa, amazing hosts with great communication. Had an amazing time at Villa Niriides The rooms are spacious clean and beds are comfortable. we have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Theodosis couldn’t have been any more helpful. Especially when he came to meet us when the keys were lost then found. The Villa is lovely, especially the large pool. Our 2 year old and 14 year old loved the grounds. Couldn’t have asked for anymore. Cafe at the waterfalls is nice and only at 15 min walk. Nidri about a 5 mins drive or 15 min bike ride supplied at the villa. Theodosis recommended a beach which was great and a restaurant in the hills (Rachi Restaurant) where the views are stunning. Defiantly worth a day out driving up the mountains the roads ok and the scenery is spot on. We would love to come back again. Hopefully soon. Kind Regards The Berry’s
