The villa also has kitchen, BBQ and private pool and is close to the beautiful endless organised beach of Ai Giannis and very close to the historical city center!

CANCELLATIONS.
Any cancellation must be sent by registered letter, on strength of postmark
• Cancellation more than 270 days before the arrival date, we keep 10% of the total price of the stay.
• Cancellation between 270 days and 30 days before the arrival date, we keep 30% of the total price of the stay.
• Less than 30 days, we keep 100% of the price of the stay by wire transfer
