This beautiful villa with amazing views of the Ionian Sea is located in the heart of the wild nature of the south of Lefkada Island. It combines total privacy and freedom with breathtaking sunsets for you and your family to enjoy. The name mirtes comes from the location of the villa, between the world famous beaches of Porto Katsiki and Eggremni Beach
This stunning villa called Villa Mirtes is built with respect for its surroundings and the best materials available, combining traditional with modern style. It is located close to the village of Athani where it seems like time has stopped and traditions are kept. In the village you can find a grocery store and several great tavernas with local traditional food for every taste.
The villa that lays gracefully in between the lush greenery, has three big master bedrooms with private bathrooms giving you full privacy with authentic high standards. The fully equipped, modern open plan kitchen and kitchen island dining area are ideal for lovely dinners with family and friends. From the kitchen area you walk into the beautifully decorated living area that has a great view over the Ionian Sea, and is fitted with flat screen TV and Bluetooth stereo system. There is an extra guest WC on the ground floor. The glass doors lead you to the big salt filtered swimming pool that is equipped with massage jets. The 4500SQM land surrounding the villa is fully fenced with an electric gate and beautifully landscaped with swingbeds, pergolas, luxury sunbeds and a big BBQ ready for you to be used. At the back of the villa there is a private parking area with space for more than five cars.
Villa Mirtes is the ideal place for you and your family to create memories that you will cherish forever. Thanks to the location you can enjoy chilly mornings before the summer heat appears. It is far away from the crowded areas of the island giving you absolute privacy and quiet yet close enough to the most desirable locations of the island.

If the size or configuration of your group changes before arrival and differs from your original booking, additional charges may apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Cancellation more than 270 days before the arrival date, we keep 10% of the total price of the stay.
• Cancellation between 270 days and 30 days before the arrival date, we keep 30% of the total price of the stay.
• Less than 30 days, we keep 100% of the price of the stay.

A peaceful escape with breathtaking views – highly recommended! My family and I — six of us in total — had a wonderful stay at Villa Mirtes. When we arrived, Fanni was there to welcome us with warmth and kindness, and to our surprise, a small gift package had been prepared for us. Communication with Fanni was excellent, even though we didn’t need much during our stay. The villa is extremely well-equipped — we found everything we needed, whether in the kitchen or any other part of the house. Its location is truly breathtaking: the view was stunning, and being surrounded by lush greenery in the heart of nature was incredibly calming. We especially enjoyed the nights, as there was no light pollution — we could admire the stars in peace. The sea view from the bedroom is something we’ll truly miss. We stayed for 7 nights, but honestly, we should have booked double that to fully enjoy it. Thank you for everything, Fanni and Lefkada Holiday Rental!

You were so great! Sometimes holidays can be more stressful than staying at home, we have three kids and one with special needs. This was the easiest and most relaxing holiday we’ve had in years. The location of the residence was worth it, the view overlooking the Ionian Gulf was Devine. The photo’s provided don’t do enough to show the perfect location and the residence was better than expected, 5 star residence with perfect pool. It was relaxing and Quiet!

Hele fijne week gehad met het hele gezin. Mooie, rustige slaapkamers, fijn zwembad en tuin met BBQ. Elke dag was de zonsondergang met prachtig uitzicht op de zee weer een kadootje. Het huis ligt afgelegen, is daardoor heel stil en ligt prive. Fijn zwembad.

The house is just as beautiful as the pictures, and even more beautiful in person. It is so peaceful. Fantastic location within 10-20 minutes of Porto Katsiki, Egremni. There are some delicious restaurants close by in Athani. Anna and the team are great-they made reservations twice at Rachi for us since we loved it so much we wanted to go back. The house is really well equipped and feels very private. It is paradise!
