IMPORTANT NOTE: The prices shown in the table below are for 10 people. For any extra person above 10 people, there is an extra charge of 75EUR per day. Please make sure to input the correct number of people in your group.

A minimum stay charge applies depending on the season. Prices also vary according to the exact number of guests. Kindly ensure that you select the correct number of people when making your booking.
If the size or configuration of your group changes before arrival and differs from your original booking, additional charges may apply.

CANCELLATIONS.
Any cancellation must be sent in written and the cancellation fee is as follows:
• Cancellation more than 270 days before the arrival date, we keep 10% of the total price of the stay.
• Cancellation between 270 days and 30 days before the arrival date, we keep 30% of the total price of the stay.
• Less than 30 days, we keep 100% of the price of the stay.
