Situated on a gentle hillside, the villa enjoys panoramic views of the bay, where yachts and sailboats drift effortlessly across the sparkling Ionian waters.

Villa Oliva provides direct access to the village and features a private pathway that meanders beneath a canopy of trees, leading to a secluded waterfront platform. Here, you can immerse yourself in the crystal-clear sea, letting the gentle waves wash away the stresses of everyday life.

Spanning two levels, the villa comfortably accommodates 7 guests. The ground floor features a stylish bedroom with two single beds and a cozy sofa bed, a modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a warm, inviting living room with a fireplace—perfect for unwinding while admiring the breathtaking sea views through expansive glass doors.

Upstairs, two elegant bedrooms each boast a plush double bed and a private ensuite bathroom. Step onto the spacious balcony, where inviting sofas provide the perfect setting to sip a glass of wine as the sun sets over the bay.

Outdoors, the villa is designed for both relaxation and entertainment. A charming pergola with a barbecue setup awaits lively gatherings, while the expansive terrace features a private infinity pool surrounded by sun loungers and plush bean bags. A dining table on the terrace allows you to savor delicious meals under the open sky, with the mesmerizing view of the Ionian Sea stretching before you. 1. BOOKING DEPOSIT & PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE
A deposit of 30% of the total holiday rental cost must be paid by you in order to secure the reservation. No obligation from the property owner or us will exist until we have received this amount in full. The balance must be paid at least six (6) weeks before your arrival. If the amount is not received by us on the agreed time frame, we are entitled to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

2. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES
It you wish to cancel your booking, then we shall be entitled to the following percentage of the holiday cost:
• Cancellation more than 60 days before the arrival date, we keep 3% of the total price of the stay.
• Cancellation between 60 days and 42 days before the arrival date, we keep 30% of the total price of the stay.
• Less than 42 days, we keep 100% of the price of the stay.
• The required cost has not been deposited, we have the right to cancel your booking.

3. CANCELLATION OR ALTERATIONS BY US
In the rare occurrence that we might need to make any alterations to already confirmed arrangements -there is a possibility it might happen- we will make sure you are notified at the earliest date possible. If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to provide you with the property you have booked, we reserve the right to transfer you to a similar or better property. However, if this is not possible or you do not wish to be transferred, we will cancel the booking and refund in full the amount paid to us for the property. Nonetheless, we will not be responsible for any other cancellation charges for travel arrangements for you and/or your party.

4.TAXES AND FEES
**Starting from January 2024 the Greek government has implemented a new climate tax of 15€ per night. This tax is payable on arrival in cash and a receipt will be issued to you within your stay. **
This tax IS NOT included in the daily/weekly rate of the villa.
