#Access:
The villa is located 2km from the centre of Sivota, Lefkada. Please note that the drive is a little uphill and some parts are non-paved.

A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

#Important notice
***Starting from January 2025 the Greek government has implemented a climate tax of 15€ per night.This tax is not included in the price and it's payable on arrival in cash ***

BOOKING DEPOSIT & PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE

A deposit of 30% of the total holiday rental cost must be paid by you in order to secure the reservation. No obligation from the property owner or us will exist until we have received this amount in full. The balance must be paid in cash upon arrival or at least six (6) weeks before your arrival. If the amount is not received by us on the agreed time frame, we are entitled to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your booking, then we shall be entitled to the following percentage of the holiday cost:

• Cancellation more than 60 days before the arrival date, we keep 3% of the total price of the stay.
• Cancellation between 60 days and 42 days before the arrival date, we keep 30% of the total price of the stay.
• Less than 42 days, we keep 100% of the price of the stay.
• The required cost has not been deposited, we have the right to cancel your booking.
