The 'Old House' is set in the end of an old Lefkadian settlement called 'Pigadissani' near the village of Karya.The most incredible panoramic views can be experienced from the large veranda with the mulberry tree and a built-in barbecue to the side. 'Old House' dates back to 1870, and has undergone a very sensitive restoration, that makes the most of the weathered old stone fabric of the building, its simple village architecture and it's setting. This particularly beautiful house has a wonderfully evocative atmosphere due to the sensitive conversion by its architect owners. Inside the Old house there is an open plan sitting with fire place, dining area and kitchen with breakfast bar; utility/shower room; open wooden stairs to upper floor with sitting hall to 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedded rooms; large bathroom. The guest room has 1 two-bedded room; bathroom with jacuzzi bath. The Old house sleeps 6 and the guest room located beside the pool terrace sleeps 2.

Beamed wooden ceiling, stone-flagged floors, antique brass beds and colourful hand made rugs, hob/stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, iron/ironing board, TV, central heating, baby cot, high chair, barbecue, private pool, bathroom with jacuzzi bath at guestroom. Suitable for children. Pets accepted.

The Old House + Guest House - 6+2 persons

Prices are in euros per week including all taxes, cleaning and linen (once a week, included changeover day), pool cleaning, gardening, and internet.
Electricity is free up to 80 kWh / week. More than 80 kWh the cost is 0.45 Euros / kWh.

One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a child's cot/crib.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 18 per person per night in an extra bed.
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
The maximum number of children's cots/cribs in a room is 1.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Pets are allowed on request. 50 euros extra charge.
