Villa Koumaria - Secluded Elegance with Amazing Sea Views & Infinity Pool

We keep coming back! This time with an eight month old baby. The house was gorgeous and was even a great space for our son who started crawling the day we arrived. Barbara was amazing with everything — as usual! Can’t wait for next summer.

My husband and I spent a week at lovely KouMaria. We highly recommend this lovely villa and its infinity pool, which looks out over the Greek mountains. The road to the villa isn't for the faint-hearted, but it is worth the drive. The staff was lovely and responsive!

The view of the dreamy Ionian is world class. Villa is well appointed, especially the kitchen. Excellent support from the villa team to make our stay perfect. Rent a car to get down to Sivota and beyond. We will be back!

Breath taking views and tranquility are the highlight of this lovely villa. It is towards the end of an unmade single track road which takes about 25 mins to walk down into Sivota. The villa has everything you need for your stay. Barbara was brilliant. Private Comment Amazing villa in the best location. Nice clean Villa in Sivota - The Valley of Philippe :-) Large swimming pool/terras. Beautiful view !!! Even inside the Villa !!! Large interieur with all the comfort/tools you need for a long .. long visit at Lefkada. Stayed at Lefkada for many times already, this Villa Koumaria gets an A+ from us. A beautiful modern villa on the hill with a stunning view across to the islands. Light and airy inside, the villa is well laid out with very comfortable beds. The infinity pool is a great size, big enough for lengths.

Die Villa ist etwas ausserhalb von Sivota gelegen und somit sehr ruhig mit einer fantastischen Aussicht. Die Anlage ist am Hang gelegen und von anderen Villen nicht einsehbar. Es gibt 2 absolut gleichwertige Doppelzimmer und eine Einliegerwohnung im unteren Bereich sowie 3 Einzelbetten im Dachgeschoss. Es ist alles sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Man ist jedoch auf ein Fahrzeug angewiesen und der Schotterweg macht die Sache auch nicht besser. Der Vorteil davon ist jedoch wenig Verkehr und die Fahrzeuge fahren sehr langsam an die Villen heran. Besonders hat uns der Kontakt mit Mema gefallen, die uns super freundlich empfangen und betreut hat.

Nice house. Everything was just as in the offer. Only the internet and the mobile network was very, very poor ….. but sometimes this is not a big problem.

We had a lovely stay at villa koumaria last week and we stayed for 9 days which was perfect. Mema was really helpful and easily contactable. The views were absolutely amazing, the kids loved the pool and it was very well equipped. The beaches are fabulous. Amoussa beach was the best one we found, get there by 10.20 to get a sunbed. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone.

Super vacances en famille pour notre deuxieme sejour à la villa koumaria. Nous sommes toujours aussi admiratifs devant la beauté des paysages parfaitement mis en valeur par la piscine à debordement et les jardins en terrasses. Merci à Tasos pour son acceuil et sa réactivité . Nous pensons déjà à un prochain séjour !!!!
