#Ground floor

Entering the ground floor, you are found in an open layout living area, looking at the kitchen island and dinner, while a few steps away is the cozy living room. The different levels of the house, give the geometrical minimal architect, a warmness and a feeling of isolation from the rest of the busy areas of the house. The natural light dispersed from the extra large windows, is adding to the positive aesthetic of the house. The outside dinner is perfect for your lunches and dinners, and a smaller sitting area is also available a few meters further. But the ultimate spot is the long swimming pool of 16.5 x 3.8 meters, with smooth entrance through steps and depth 1.40m through the whole length, it is just perfect for swimming.
