Ionion Theasis Villa, amazing sea view, private pool & Jacuzzi

Ana’s place was one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at. Spotless, beautiful and quiet. Exceeded our expectations. The communication was beyond what we could have wanted. This was our first time in Europe and it was effortless with the help of Ana and Lefkada Rentals. The mini market is 5 minutes away by scooter and the town is about 15 minutes. Best place to stay in Lefkada! 10/10 recommend!!!

Peaceful location with breathtaking views

Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza in questa villa stupenda con vista mozzafiato. Sofia è stata molto gentile e presente. Torneremo sicuramente!

The stay was awesome. The villa had everything that we needed and more. I would recommend anyone who is considering to go ahead and you won't regret it.

We visited the villa with my family of six. The place is very spacious, very quiet and offering an amazing view to the Ionian Sea. Hosts are super easy to talk to, eager to have all your needs met. The kids loved playing in the pool and our vacation was great. Thank you!

Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Hanglage ermöglicht diesen traumhaften Blick. Um dahin zu gelangen muss man durch enge Gassen, was teilweise nervenaufreibend ist, wenn einem jemand entgegenkommt. Aber nichts ungewöhnliches auf einer Insel! Den Strand (steinig) erreicht man zu Fuß in 20 Min. EinzigerKritikpunkt: die Kissen waren zu hoch. Es standen jedem zwei zur Verfügung, aber es hatten beide die gleiche Stärke.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour avec nos 3 enfants ! La vue est superbe, et la villa est à proximité (en voiture) de superbes plages. La maison est décorée avec goût et est très bien équipée, la literie est confortable, et la climatisation dans chaque pièce est très efficace. Sofia a été très disponible, et nous a facilité notre arrivée à un horaire tardif. Parfait !

We loved staying here! 4 people for 5 nights, it was just perfect.The house was as described, really clean with all amenities, a very quiet place - sometimes I could hear the waves from my room, plus the host was super friendly as well! There is a wild beach close, but keep in mind that the road is rather steep, you would need a car with a stronger engine. There are restaurants and small shops close by (5 min by car). We spent quite some time in the pool, enjoyed the wonderful view. The only thing that could be improved was the wifi speed, sometimes it was quite slow, but if you have a data plan of your own, it shouldn't be an issue! Overall was an amazing stay, maybe the best airbnb we've ever been to, thank you so much!

My family and I spent a great 2 weeks. Sophia who took care of the villa was absolutely amazing, very helpful and very eager to ensure our stay was as comfortable and easy as possible. I would totally recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful spot, wonderful space for 6 persons ideal. The open plan lounge means extra guests in lounge share top bedroom space . Host very quick to respond and help with anything needed .

We liked the short time we spent in the villa: it is not big but excellent organized; Moreover, under the new circumstances (C-19) we felt very safe as Sophia took care of every single detail.

This property is in a unique location, overlooking the ocean. It’s about 15 minutes away from Lefkada town, so you can get down to the main square pretty quickly. There were 4 of us but it could definitely fit 6. The bedroom upstairs is an open floor plan, so it’s not as private as the other two bedrooms. It wasn’t an issue for us, though. Would recommend if you’re looking for a serene, quiet getaway.”
